This is a problem with EA Games, not Microsoft. If you've wondered why there hasn't been any other NCAA games, EA ended the franchise after legal issues with athletes depicted in the games getting paid.

There is nothing you can do to 'make this happen'. EA pay millions for sporting rights and they've stopped paying for this one unfortunately.

its obviously still playable on xbox360. There are so many people that have old versions/want to play this downloaded on xbox x

one of the best capabilities of the series x is its extended backwards compatibility. We're all literally begging for you to take our money.
